LiftKeeper alternative
Compare a LiftKeeper alternative on real field and office work.
Super Elevator System is a LiftKeeper alternative for independent elevator companies to evaluate. Both products describe elevator service workflows. Compare how mechanics use records in the field, how office staff review tickets and how your accounting connection and changeover will work. Ask for complete written pricing rather than treating a missing public price as a feature gap.

Field access
What does the mechanic need before the visit?
A useful mobile comparison starts with the work. Ask how a mechanic finds the right building and unit, sees the next visit, records the work and sends a complete ticket back to the office. Test on the phones your team uses. A device label alone does not answer those questions.
LiftKeeper describes browser access and mobile schedules, tickets and elevator information. SES describes work, parts and customer signoff recorded on phones, with unit history kept alongside routes and callbacks. Treat offline use, device requirements and any other access conditions as questions for the vendors unless your proposal confirms them.
Example changeover review
Agree on the records before moving them
- List the building, unit and agreement records you need. Choose 1 building as a sample and check the relationships after transfer.
- Decide which open tickets and historical records are needed on the changeover date.
- Ask who checks the imported records, who trains the office and field staff, and who signs off that the workflow is ready.
- Write down the accounting edition, transfer method, data direction and any work outside the quoted setup.
This is a suggested review, not a promise about a particular import. SES includes loading the building, unit and maintenance agreement records agreed in the proposal. Foreman and Super also include route setup and training. The records and scope should be agreed before the move.
Straight answers
Questions owners ask
Is LiftKeeper designed for elevator companies?
Yes. LiftKeeper describes its product as elevator-specific. Super Elevator System also serves elevator companies. Compare the actual routes, field tickets, service records and office steps you need rather than deciding from the category label alone.
How much does LiftKeeper cost?
The checked LiftKeeper home, FAQ, features and demo pages did not publish a price point or pricing unit as of October 16, 2026. Ask for a written quote with subscription, setup, accounting-interface and training scope.
Does LiftKeeper require an app download?
Its FAQ says no download or installation is necessary and describes browser access on a computer, phone or tablet. This confirms that access option; it is not a claim about every app or access method the vendor may offer.
Can I keep my QuickBooks edition?
LiftKeeper names QuickBooks as an accounting-interface example but does not identify an edition in the checked FAQ. Super Elevator System also requires a version and connection review during setup planning. Ask either vendor to confirm your exact edition and data flow.
Does included LiftKeeper training mean setup is free?
No setup fee can be inferred from included training. LiftKeeper lists about 20 hours of initial onboarding training with its subscription, but the checked pages do not publish a general setup fee. Keep those questions separate.
How should I compare SES plan costs?
Solo is $499 a month with no setup fee. Foreman is $995 a month plus $2,500 setup. Super is $2,995 a month plus $5,000 setup. Prepay the year and the setup fee is waived. Every mechanic and office user is included on every plan. Nothing is charged per user.
