For independent elevator companies

Elevator service software that connects the field and office.

Super Elevator System is elevator service software for independent elevator companies in the US. It keeps maintenance routes, callbacks, field tickets and each unit's service history together. Mechanics record the work on their phones. The office reviews agreement coverage and prepares invoices for billable work using the ticket details.

Start with the handoff that slows your shop down. A mechanic finishes a visit. The office needs the work details, parts used and customer signature before it can decide what to bill. Those details belong with the elevator and the service ticket.

From route to invoice

Keep the service record together.

1. Before the visit

See the unit and its history.

Open the maintenance route and review the unit's service history and parts used. A callback has context when the mechanic can see what happened on an earlier visit.

2. At the building

Finish the field ticket.

Work through the checklist. Record the work, add photos and parts used, and get the customer's signature while on site. Keep those details with the service record.

3. In the office

Check coverage before billing.

Review the completed ticket against the maintenance agreement. Prepare an invoice for billable work from the same ticket details. A covered maintenance visit may need a record without an invoice.

The owner can review completed visits, open callbacks, jobs ready to invoice and upcoming agreement renewals. The aim is a clear handoff between the people doing the work and the people reviewing it. Your company handles the elevator work and customer relationships. Super Elevator System handles the software side.

Example walkthrough

Use 1 building to test the full handoff.

This is an example to use during a demo. It is not a customer result or a claim that the steps happen without review.

Example: a maintenance visit followed by a callback
StepWhat to reviewWho uses it
1. RouteThe building, elevator unit and earlier service historyMechanic
2. Field ticketWork recorded, photos, parts used and customer signatureMechanic and office
3. CoverageWhether the agreement covers the visit or repairOffice
4. InvoiceAn invoice prepared from ticket details for billable workOffice

Choose a building your team knows. Ask to see a routine visit and a callback for the same unit. Follow the details from the mechanic's phone to the office review. Check how a completed record stays useful when the next call comes in. This gives you a specific way to judge the workflow before discussing a changeover.

Before you choose

Bring the office questions into the demo.

Records and setup

Every plan includes loading the building, unit and maintenance agreement records we agree to move. Review those records first. Foreman and Super also include route setup and training for the field and office.

Software connections

Tell us which QuickBooks version you use. Your proposal should confirm whether and how records and service invoices can move between systems, plus any setup work. Do not assume every edition uses the same connection.

Terms and support

Read the software license, setup scope, payment dates and support terms before signing. Your proposal names your support contact and explains urgent software support. Review how you can get a copy of your records.

Count the mechanics in the field and units under contract before comparing plans. Solo is $499 a month with no setup fee. Foreman is $995 a month plus $2,500 setup. Super is $2,995 a month plus $5,000 setup. Annual prepay waives the setup fee. Every plan has no charge per user. See the plan criteria and pricing terms for the full comparison.

Straight answers

Questions before you choose.

What does Super Elevator System keep together?

It keeps maintenance routes, callbacks, field tickets and each unit's service history together. Mechanics record work, photos, parts used and customer signoff. The office reviews the ticket and prepares invoices for billable work.

Does every completed ticket become an invoice?

No. A maintenance visit or callback may be covered by the customer's agreement. Your office checks that coverage and prepares an invoice for any billable work. The ticket records the work either way.

Can mechanics complete tickets on their phones?

Mechanics can review the unit's service history and parts used, complete the checklist, record work, add photos and parts used, and get the customer's signature while on site.

Does it work with every QuickBooks version?

Tell us which QuickBooks version you use. We will review whether and how your customer records and service invoices can move between the systems. Your proposal should confirm the connection and any setup work before you sign.

What should I bring to a route demo?

Choose 1 building you know. Bring questions about the maintenance route, callback history, signed ticket, agreement coverage and billing steps. You do not need to send your full building list.
