Plans and setup

Elevator service software pricing with no charge per user.

Super Elevator System has 3 monthly plans: Solo at $499 with no setup fee, Foreman at $995 plus $2,500 setup, and Super at $2,995 plus $5,000 setup. Annual prepay waives the setup fee. Every mechanic and office user is included. Your proposal confirms the plan, setup scope, payment dates and support terms.

Count your mechanics and units under contract, then compare the work included in setup. All prices are in US dollars. The monthly plan and setup fee are separate items; review both before choosing.

What to confirm

Price the changeover as well as the plan.

Records

Agree on what moves.

Review your building list, units and maintenance agreements. Loading the records we agree to move is included on every plan. Put the agreed scope in the proposal so both teams know what is being brought over.

Setup

Review routes and training.

Foreman and Super include route setup and training for the field and office. We review records, software connections and training needs before setting out the record transfer, any training and your changeover date.

Connections

Bring your QuickBooks version.

We review whether and how customer records and service invoices can move between systems. Your proposal should confirm the connection and any setup work before you sign. The version you use matters to that review.

Your written proposal lists the software license, records to load, setup work, payment dates and support terms. It also names your support contact, lists support hours and explains how to report an urgent software issue. Review how you can get a copy of your customer and service records. These details belong in the decision alongside the monthly amount.

For a useful demo, choose 1 building and walk through a maintenance visit and a callback. See the mechanic's route, signed ticket, office coverage review and invoice preparation for billable work. The service workflow and maintenance record guide explain what to review.

Availability and eligibility

Your proposal confirms the start date.

Monthly setup limit

We take on up to 10 new elevator companies each month across all 3 plans. Each setup needs time for records and a changeover plan. A demo request does not reserve a setup slot.

Founding 5 offer

The homepage offers the first 5 US shops a waived setup fee and 90 days at no platform charge. In return, participating shops run real routes, take 1 reference call from another owner and allow a writeup. The plan price applies after 90 days. Confirm availability; the offer disappears when the 5 places are taken.

Guarantee terms

The homepage sets out the Live in 60 days promise and 90 Day Performance Guarantee. Eligibility, baseline measurement, the minimum work order count, exclusions and remedies apply. Read the full terms below before relying on a headline.

Plan fit example: a shop with 3 mechanics and 120 units is within the Foreman band shown above. This is an example, not a quote or a reservation. Your written proposal confirms your plan and terms.
